Does Baleno have issues like stiff suspension, poor NVH levels, instability at high speed and poor exterior material?

Baleno comes with McPherson Struts suspension at front and Torsion Beam at rear. The suspension set-up is on the softer side hence most of the potholes, broken patches of road are tackled easily but you do feel some of the sharp bumps.
Talking about the NVH levels, the petrol Baleno has good NVH levels but the NVH levels of diesel model are not as good as some of its rivals as a lot of noise is audible inside the cabin at high speeds.
When it comes to high speed stability, the engine of Baleno pulls to 160-170 km/hr and the long wheelbase of this car does help in giving it a good high speed stability but your confidence post 130 km/hr will start dropping and around 140 km/hr, the car isn’t very stable.
The exterior material used in Baleno is though good but is not what we would call great. Though the chassis of Baleno is strong, it is a new platform that is light in weight and stronger than before.
I would suggest that you take a test drive of Baleno to get a feel of the car and to judge better.
