Indeed it’s a genuine problem needing detailed analysis and remidial measures. A long test drive with service advisors can be helpful for detailed analysis and carrying out remidial measures. If its serious problem with body roll and weak suspensions of all sides then its needs to be taken forward with involment of regional service engineers.If fault is due to one or two weak suspensions then replacement of the same(under warranty, if in warranty limits) would solve the problem.

If they feel a minor replacement of the suspension system should suffice, then the same should be undertaken (free of cost if within the warranty period) or escalate the matter to the regional office for further action like replacing the entire suspension system.
