Hyundai Verna is available in two engine versions that of 1.4L oe delivering power of 90PS and Torque of 220nm. Other is 1.6L version delivering power of 265Nm. Dimensions of Hyundai Verna is LXWXH= 4370X1700X1475 , wheel base 2570, ground clearance 165mm. Fiat Linea has dimensions as 4596x1730x 1394 with wheelbase 2603mm and features 1.3L engine delivering power of 90PS. Dimesnsionswise Linea is better. Boot space of both are almost similar too. Price of 1.6L engine version of Verna is much higher as compared to Linea. There is difference of over 2Lakhs between the two. If prefering car under 10Lakh range then Linea is best and for higher variant with advanced features, Verna is best.

Both of these cars are good, but being an enthusiast I'll believe on number the displacement capacity of Hyundai Verna is 1582cc which is 334cc more than the Fiat. Also the power output figures of Verna are better than Linea. Last but not the least, the Service Network. The service network of Hyundai is way more well established than the Fiat's which again is a pro over Fiat.

Fiat engines are quite frugal as we know and many other companies use them too. Linea’s 1.3 liter engine deliver 92 BHP of max power and 209 Nm of torque along with an impressive 20.4 KMPL of fuel efficiency. On the other hand, Verna is available in two engine options: 1.4 liter and 1.6 liter CRDI diesel engine. The 1.4 liter diesel offers 90 BHP of power which is at par with Linea but offers slightly more torque. Another important fact is that it offers 23.5 KMPL of fuel efficiency which is best in its class. If you love performance more than Verna offers a 1.6 liter engine as well which offers much more power and torque with good fuel economy.
