Rafiq's review on Hyundai Verna 1.6 CRDI SX (O)
Year of Manufacture : 2014 | Driven no. of Kms. : NA
- Pros: Spacious interiors, good power and decent mileage figures
- Cons: High price
I was looking for buying a premium car and recently gone for a long trip with my friend's Verna. I did drive the car for good length of roads covering 250 to 300km. I really appreciate the power of petrol car for its super smooth operation and faster reponse to the accelerations. The clutch and transmission is designed to give high effeciency of torque transmission from engine to road wheels. The changing of gears is made easy with its easy to operate clutch and easy shifting of gears. Suspension is also good enough. Everythig is fine with this car except that of price. The ex show room price costs 10 lakhs and above. Though some of the varients available below 10 Lakh mark, its too basic in terms of features. In fact a Skoda Rapid or Honda Amaze diesel or a Renault Scala with which you getting much better value for the money spent and also can save few lakhs of rupees without compromising on quality and performance features.
