The problem with Boot Lid of Verna Fluidic 2015

- Pros: I love driving and having an experience on Road for over 44 years. I have driven Landmaster, Ambassador, Maruti and Tata vehicles in the last 44 years. After taking Test drive of Verna Fluidic, I instantly vouched for it and purchased it in March,2015. The Car is elegant Sedan, comfortable for 5 persons, Spacious Boot space to accomodate enough luggage and very efficient A.C. I have travelled 2900 k.m.in 5 days without any problem and the machine appears to be very powerful.
- Cons: The opening of Boot Lid either with remote or manually by pulling the lever is not satisfactory. The Boot does not open fully and the lid is not lifted by itself. On the contrary, it stops in midway and it requires a manual push upwards for complete opening.
The Car has been to Dealer Shivam Hyundai, Ajmer thrice in the last few days but the problem has not been sorted out despite they have changed some parts. having failed to get the system O.K. the Workshop-in-charge is trying to satisfy me with his futile arguments.viz. the new model has been designed in such a way that you will have to exert manual pressure to lift the lid completely, the working of system is affected by the direction in which the Car has been parked etc. As I am not convinced with these baseless arguments, I demand a fair reply from the Company as also proper rectification of my Car within a reasonable period. It is shocking, if one has to lift the Boot Lid manually each time, after spending a handsome amount of his hard earned money.
