- Pros: I read various reviews by owners and also searched on website and attracted to buy a Jeep compass car.
- Cons: After sales service is too much poor, No one is cooperative after sales.
I got delivery of my new Jeep compass Longitude option on 7th Jan 2018. After getting dilivery when I was coming to my home, I heard an abnormal sound in my car like kurrrrrrrrr-kurrrrrrrrr, I stopped the car and check the sound, it was from left side rear wheel. I parked my car at home and contacted to dealerm they advised me to contact to Road Side Assitant, they demanded Rs. 8500 for trolling, then I contacted to customercareinternational, then after 2 days my car was trolled to workshop Motinagar Delhi (India), next day I got call that my car is ok, I reached there to get my car and asked to concern person, what was defect, they did not describe anything and told only now yours car is ok. I am not satisfied by this answer bcz I think, they are hiding something. Was it a any manufacturing or assembling defect or something else. Now I have taken my car but feeling afraid that what will happen with this defective car in future, which created problem on same day of delivery. I am not satisfied with team after sales service.
