The Lamborghini Huracan Performante has been launched in India with a price tag of Rs. 3.97 Crore. The car has been re-engineered in its entirety, in terms of its weight, engine power, chassis and, above all, introduction of an innovative system of active aerodynamics, ALA (Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva), which manages active aerodynamics to assist in acceleration and reaching the top speed.

  The Huracan Performante has incorporated several components built from forged composite carbon fibre, including front and rear spoilers, engine cover, and rear bumper and diffuser. The body weight of this supercar is 40 kg lighter than the standard Huracan. Dimensionally, the car sports 4459 mm of length, 1924 mm of width, 1165 mm of height and 2620 mm of wheelbase. The rear wing gets an inner channel, which offers better down-force as compared to the regular Huracan.

The 5.2-litre, V10 petrol engine of Huracan Performante discharges 639 PS of maximum power and 600 Nm of peak torque, which is an increase of 29 PS and 40 Nm, respectively, over the standard Huracan LP 610-4 Coupe. The engine is coupled with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and has power delivered to all four of its wheels. It does the 0-100 kmph sprint in merely 2.9 seconds, while clocking a top speed of 325 kmph.
