I had got the B pillar of my car damaged in an accident, now I want to ask, is it worth fixing the car and use it? Would it be safe to use the repaired car?

I cannot say anything for sure without inspecting your car in person. If the damage incurred is minimal, you may consider repairing it.
It would be better to get your car inspected fully by a mechanic you trust, who has experience in diagnosing and repairing car problems, so that he can discover the other possible damages caused by accidents which were not found earlier, and can also provide you an estimate of repair costs. Then, if the repair costs exceed the value of the car, it would be better to sell it and buy new one, but if the damage is minor and can be repaired at minimal cost, it would be worth fixing the car and use it.
