Hello Kunj Bihari Singh..
Bolero is available in 2.5 Litre engine versions. The chances of launch of 1.5L version Bolero is very less. If willing to own a Bolero then recommendable to go ahead with the same.
The model versions such as Bolero ZLZ, SLX, SLE, EX and Plus BS4 comes with 2523 cc m2DiCR engine. The variant DI has 2523 cc Turbo Diesel engine with maximum power of 63 HP (46.5 kW) @ 3200 rpm. The Plus model features 2523 cc DI Turbo Diesel engine, and the Ambulance comprises of MDI3200TC 2523 cc. Even the special edition Bolero that has been presented by Mahindra comes with 2523 cc m2DiCR Engine, 46.3 kW @ 3200 rpm maximum power and 195 NM @ 1400-2200 rpm maximum torque. Even the ‘new Bolero SUV’ that has been launched in 2011 features 2.5 liter m2DiCR Engine. Therefore, until now none of the models of Bolero has 1.5L engine. As per the records and recent press releases, Mahindra has no plans of launching a model with such an engine specification in the near future too.
Mahindra Bolero comprises of following models ZLZ, SLX, SLE, EX and Plus BS4 which comes with 2523 cc m2DiCR engine. The DI model features 2523 cc Turbo Diesel engine with power of 63 HP (46.5 kW) @ 3200 rpm, also Plus model features 2523cc DI Turbo Diesel engine. The ambulance version which is rarely seen in any other companies carries the engine – 2523 cc. If we talk about the special edition it comes with 2523 cc m2DiCR Engine, 46.3 kW @ 3200 rpm maximum. Looking to company website and searching it all on press, brochures, we don’t think that company is coming up with 1500 cc engine.
