Three cylinder engines are comparatively hard to balance if you compare them with a four cylinder. Therefore, there may be slightly more vibrations filtering into the cabin, but only if the balancing is not as efficient as it should have been. You should not worry about the life. The old and trusted 800 used a three cylinder engine and the Alto 800 too uses a three cylinder engine, the Celerio diesel uses a two cylinder unit. All these, including TUV 300 are bullet proof if you maintain them properly by changing the consumables as suggested by the manufacturer. TUV300 can do speed upto 140-150, however speeds of 120-130 should come quite easily.
