I found the TUV300 with 100,000kms or 3 years warranty but Ertiga comes with 2 years warranty or 40,000kms. I will be driving 5000km every month hence which is a better choice.

I would really suggest you go with the TUV300 since it looking more like a family car and an SUV unlike the Ertiga which is more of an MUV. Going with the Ertiga only makes sense if you really require the extra seating capacity of third row.
