I booked the Maruti Suzuki Baleno 1.2 Petrol on 7th Decemebr, 2015 and was assured by the dealer to receive the delivery latest by end of January. What should I do if the car has not been delivered yet and the Regional Manager expects the delivery period to be seven months?

Ever since its launch, Maruti Suzuki Baleno has received quite a high number of bookings. The company has also decided to start exporting the car which has further increased the delivery period of the car in the country. Initially, the waiting period for Maruti Suzuki Baleno in the country was about two- three months. But, recently the delivery period in some cities has even gone up to ten months. According to me, only your dealer can give you the exact details for the delivery date. However, if you are still unsatisfied you can try and talk to the Maruti Suzuki customer support for further help or write to them as well.
