How can i raise a complaint against my dealer who has not yet delivered a Maruti Suzuki Baleno booked on 5th December, 2015 which was to be delivered by first week of February?

You can raise a complaint on the Indian Government's consumer forum as well as on Maruti Suzuki's official website. However, before you raise a complaint I would like to tell you that it is not just your specific dealer's fault that the car is not yet delivered because there is a general delay on Maruti Suzuki's end for delivering the Baleno. This is because the company has received a very high number of bookings and also, there is an increase in demand because of exports and the waiting period is around eight months in most cities.
