I am confused in choosing a car between Baleno Delta (Petrol) and Volkswagen Ameo Comfortline, my daily running is 20 kms and an average trip of 1000-1200 kms every quarter, please suggest.

In my opinion Baleno Delta would be a better choice over Ameo Comfortline, performance wise Ameo Comfortline is just no match to Baleno Delta, although both the cars are powered by 1198cc engine but Baleno Delta’s engine discharge maximum power and torque figures of 83 bhp @ 6000 rpm and 115 Nm @ 4000 while Ameo Comfortline engine discharges 74 bhp @ 5400 rpm and 110 Nm @ 3750 rpm respectively, claimed mileage of Baleno Delta is 21.4 kmpl and credit goes to it comparatively light weight, while of Ameo Comfortline is 17.8 kmpl.
Length of both cars is same but Baleno Delta is wider and taller than Ameo Comfortline, boot space of both cars is almost same, suspensions of both the cars do good job of dispatching speed breakers and potholes and don’t compromise on comfort, both the cars are featured with ABS but Baleno delta also have EBD. Climate control in Baleno is automatic while in Comfortline it is manual. Baleno’s after sales service and resale value is also better than Ameo Comfortline.
Both the cars have some extra features than other, like Ameo has: cooled glove box, , remote controlled window operation, cornering lamps auto-up anti pinch windows for passengers, cruise control and rain sensing wipers while Baleno Delta has: push button start & smart key, led daytime running lights, projector headlamps, automatic light sensing headlamps and apple car-play etc.
