No particular reason can be assigned for not providing alloy wheel with Baleno Zeta 1.3, there may be many reasons, it might be a cost cutting strategy as the price of alloy wheel is much more than steel wheel and also the size of spare tyre is generally smaller than normal tire. Another reason might be that company wants you to use spare wheel as spare wheel and not as regular wheel, if all the wheels are the same you would end up wearing out all the four and at the time of emergency you may not have a good condition wheel, so the spare wheel is generally kept different from the normal one for your easy identification and keeping it ready for emergency.
