I booked a Maruti Ciaz VXi+ AT on 2nd June, 2016. The delivery period for the same was 25 days but I still haven’t received my car. Also, in the meantime I’ve come across many negative reviews regarding the steering, vibrations, brake sound etc. Can I cancel my order if the delivery is delayed any further?

The booking can be cancelled if the car hasn’t been dispatched from the factory. This is something that you will have to take up with the dealer directly. The amount as well depends on the dealer but as per my information, you would have to pay around Rs. 1000 as cancelation charges. All these details are always mentioned on the form that is filled while booking.
Secondly, if you wish to take another car from the same dealer then this booking amount is adjusted in the other vehicle.
Now coming to your concerns; there isn’t any major issue with Ciaz and you’ve made a good choice. The Steering is very comfortable and the noise complaint is usually in the diesel version because diesel engines tend to make more noise as compared to the silent petrol engines. So don’t worry because you will definitely enjoy this car.
