- Pros: more service centres
- Cons: no customer feed back and if they take but not responding or care.
I have purchased ciaz in 2015 and after few week i have face problem with the car Steering and within few month big problem occurs while i was driving at night with family from pune to Mumbai way on the toll nakka car breakdown. I was not able to shift the gear, post that we try to reach the service centre and after 4 hours we get towing service from Maruti. They have send the normal towing van instead of flatbed towing van. Bcz of that my car got damage badly and no one ready to take responsibility to complete the work.
We reach Mumbai next day 3:00AM, Next day morning when I reach S.K wheel dealer to understand the problem they have said it is not a big problem and repaired the car. When try to understand they mention clutch cylinder beading problem.
After few months we face same problem and got stuck near alibaugh highway and same story from maruti no one is ready to take reasonability when I escalated to this to Maruti regional office and told tema if not reparibale I will go to consumer court then they have change the part free of cost.
I was not expecting this kind of service and response from maruti being Indian company.
Bcz of the above problem my family is scaring to travel in the car and made my ming to sell the car and switch to Honda or Toyota.
*** NOTE-after 5 to 10 i called suzuki regional off,mumbai but still they are not responding me for any help regarding my problem or any feedback of me.
