The cabin of your Omni may become noisy because of many reasons, it may be because of the poor maintenance of the car, or because of the tyres, if you are not using standard quality tyres, it would not provide good grip on the roads, and the sound is transferred into the cabin of your car. And also you should check the wheel alignment of your car, it should be perfect, otherwise it would give many problems.
There can be many reasons for this as poor maitenance of the car, using low quality tyres as they will not provide a good grip on the road and hence make noise, which is vibrated towards the cabin.
