Whether ABS is optional in the Ritz VDi?

No, ABS is not optional in case of the VDi. You get it as an option in the VXi (AT).

The Ritz comes in a lot of petrol and diesel variants, which is why the user can opt for better features by buying at a better version for a higher price. The ABS is optional on the VDi version because it is at topend version of the car and buyers usually prefer to install the ABS for enhanced safety and grip on the road at high speeds.
