Hey Mphani Kumar !!

The Swift Dzire is one of the most popular and highest selling sedan by the Maruti Suzuki. It comes in two fuel options i.e. petrol and diesel. The top variants of petrol version are VXI and VXI AT. The basic difference between two is that VXI has Petrol engine that is mated with 5-speed manual transmission gear box while the engine of VXI AT is mated with 4-speed automatic transmission gearbox. Due to this there is a small difference in the mileage of the two. VXI petrol claims to give 20.85kmpl while automatic variant gives around 18.5Kmpl. One more difference is that VXI AT comes with anti-lock braking system which is not available in VXI.

Thanks

Both these cars are considered as the top level trims of Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire 2015. There are few differences between the two trims that distinguish them from one another. As the AT shows that, the VXi AT is integrated with a 4 speed automatic gearbox and it also features ABS to prevent locking of the brakes. The VXi on the other hand is provided with a five speed manual gearbox and the ABS system is missing. As we know, the manual gearbox gives better mileage; this is true for this model also. The VXI petrol gives an average mileage of 20.85kmpl while automatic variant gives around 18.5Kmpl.
