Is there turbo lag problem with Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire?
By: Tapas on 4 june 2015
Hello Tapas !!
The delay in the engine response to its full efficiency when rider hits the throttle response is called turbo lag. This turbo lag problem becomes annoying most of the time because you literally have to wait for the throttle needle to hit 2000 rpm so that turbo kicks in and engine starts performing well. You will only dealing with this problem if you choose to go for the diesel motor of Maruti Suzuki Dzire because in Indian market you will find Turbo in diesel variants. Although there is no such method to decrease this problem but you can use Anti Lag System in Maruti Suzuki Dzire which basically keeps turbo in running motion, which means turbo does not stops, so you need not to wait the throttle needle to hit the 2000 rpm.
