What mileage will I get with air conditioner switched ON in a still car?

The diesel car would consume more fuel when it is loaded. However, the mileage difference between the car that runs an air conditioner and the car that is simply idling would be marginal. You would consume more fuel if you are driving the car with airconditioner in comparison to the airconditioner

The all new Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire is a great car in terms of engine and it weighs less than that of its previous models that means less fuel consumption. But on the other hand the petrol version of this car is not up to the mark giving around 15-17kmpl in cities where you need air conditioning the most. It’s less efficient petrol engine might give around 11-13kmpl on a good day with air conditioning. On the other hand the diesel engine is much efficient. My advice would be to turn off the AC until price of petrol comes down.
