How well or poor did Maruti Suzuki Swift score in the crash test?
By: RAJESH GANDHI on 26 january 2016
As per global tests conducted by NCAP last year, Maruti Suzuki Swift had failed the tests. Global norms require cars to have airbags and ABS as a standard which is not the case for the Swift. However, the company claims to conform to all the regulations that are presently applicable in India. ABS and airbags are offered on the higher trims along with a host of other safety features, but at a higher price as the safety features on the base variant are insignificant.
