Please think twice before booking the Maruti Vitara Brezza. I have booked the Vitara Brezza LDI (0) on 10th March. Till today (6th Jun) it has not been delivered and no one from MSIL is answering satisfactorily. I have lodged a complaint with MSIL and my complaint number is 2835391283. After my continuous mail followups with MSIL area manager, Mr. Jewel Christy admitted that they have some production issues. It’s already 3 months from the date I booked my car but till today I didn't get the delivery of my car. Dealer committed 4 to 6 weeks for the delivery, but more than 13 to 14 weeks have already passed. Please rethink before booking or if you can wait for 6 to 7 months in addition to commitment period than you can go ahead with your booking.
