Mercedes-Benz B-Class offers best in class safety with front end have ventilated discs and rear end have solid disc brakes following with Anti-lock system does its part and when it comes to suspension, front have independent, MacPherson struts and rear have Wishbone independent, multi-link, and wishbone suspension making this car more stable and handleable.

Mercedes-Benz B-Class is equipped with some of the most advanced safety technologies. The car is armed with seven airbags along with height adjustable ELR seat belts to protect all the front and rear passengers. The B-Class along with various other advance safety feature like Acceleration Skid Control, Anti-lock Braking System, Electronic Stability Program, Collision Control System and hill hold control is a pretty safe car to travel. Other safety features include engine immobilizer, anti theft alarm and tyre pressure loss warning system for the complete safety of the car.
With disc brakes at the front and rear, the braking system is backed by ABS, EBD and BA systems.
