The second generation Mercedes Benz B-class that has been launched after its predecessor has been discontinued has a notably different look. The front grill has been narrowed down this and split into two. Even the design and look of the bumpers have been revamped to offer a contoured appeal. If you take a look at the rear bumpers specifically and compare with the first generation Mercedes Benz B-class then you will find that it has a shapely covering along with chrome trimming for more enhanced visual appeal. Additional headlights with LED bulbs add further in order to enhance the external appeal of the vehicle. The interiors of the vehicle also have a fresher new appeal owing of a larger touch screen display and more instrumentations.

With the launch of Mercedes Benz B-class 2015 Mercedes Benz gifted the automobile market more variants than that of its first generation model. Now the car comes with the choice of four petrol and four diesel options along with two variants that run on alternative fuel such as the B200 Natural Gas Drive and B-Class Electric Drive. The company has paid attention to some of the typical problems of its first generation B-class class, such as lack of stability at high speed and reduced grip on road. Hence, the new variant has been incorporated with all wheel drive system so that it offers improved stability, better traction control and enhanced road grip.

Not only have Mercedes Benz worked on the exteriors and the interiors of B-Class cars, but the company has paid special attention to the lighting arrangement of the second generation Mercedes Benz B-Class. The owners of this revamped car now get an option of twelve different shades of ambient lighting to choose from for the interiors. An optional provision of high intensity LED headlamps that have been installed in this face lifted vehicle that can be operated as per preference in order to enhance the aesthetic appeal of its remodeled exteriors as well as provide better visibility in the dark. Although the power of this second generation Mercedes Benz B-Class remains the same as that of its first generation counterpart, the variants of Mercedes Benz B-class 2015 has better torque in comparison.
