Mercedes-Benz Concept EQA

Mercedes Benz showcased their EQ concept at the Auto Expo 2018 and then launched the electric SUV in the market by the name of EQC. The SUV made a hype in the market as it was the first production electric vehicle from the luxury manufacturer. Now, they will be showcasing a small hatchback for this line up which will be named as the EQA concept. The conventional radiator grille has been replaced for an LED matrix which should be customizable. The vehicle should be able to rapidly charge in less than 100 km for a range of 100km. The car will also feature internet-based features so that the driver can track the car, change the climate control, see the driving stats, range and much more from the application on the mobile phone. Mercedes Benz exterior looks futuristic due to its design and the logo in the front and at the rear has been replaced by an LED logo. At the front, the headlight shape resembles the A-class, but the LED elements come in a "W" shaped. The side profile comes with alloy wheels and a smooth flowing design. Mercedes Benz is also using a special lighting technology for the rear which involves laser fibres. The fibres have been placed in a spiral shape which looks elegant yet sporty. The two tail lamps are connected via a similar looking light bar that runs across the whole width of the car. Braking duties will be done by disc brakes in the front and at the rear. It will also feature regenerative braking, which can recover the lost energy under braking and can recharge the battery through it. It will come with many safety features such as airbags, Anti Lock Braking System with Electronic Brake distribution, traction control and much more.
The Mercedes Benz EQA range is 400km and can it can hit a 100kmph in approximately 5 seconds. Mercedes Benz Concept EQA specifications will come with two electric motors that are capable of producing over 200kW.
