Second choice can be Hyundai i20Elite which has all new styling and comes loaded with all the features one can ask. It ranges from 5.23lakhs to 8lakhs. Lastly you can consider Volkswagen Polo, though low on features it is a high performing rugged car which also comes in the same price range.
The segment in which Nissan Micra falls is the most crucial segment and there are a plethora of cars available to choose. Other than Micra, Maruti Swift is another contender with a price tag of Rs. 7.2 Lakh. This car features a 1.3L engine with 73.94bhp of power. Micra’s next competitor is Maruti Celerio, costs around Rs. 5.0 Lakh and has a 1.0L engine with 67.04bhp. Best alternative of Nissan Micra is Renault Pulse which is equipped with the same K9K diesel engine which powers Nissan Micra. Renault Pulse come in the same price segment and it equipped with almost similar number of comfort and luxury features. Apart from this, Maruti Swift and Hyundai Elite i20 are also very good options for this segment.
Nissan Micra solely belongs to compact hatchback which is a mid-income group. There are plenty of options to look upon in this segment.
