Nissan Note e-Power Preview

The upcoming Nissan Note E-power is an electric SUV which will be making its debut in the Indian automobile industry in 2019.
The Note e-Power will measure 4,100mm in length, 1,695mm in width, 1,535mm in height and a wheelbase of 2,600mm. Nissan’s e-Power mechanism will use an amalgamation of petrol and an electric motor, where the wheels will get driven by an electric motor and the engine will charge the battery and will also use a range-extender. Moreover, the powertrain will also be offered with a power inverter and generator so that the consumer will have a seamless acceleration, pickup and robust delivery of torque similar to the pure electric vehicles. The upcoming Note e-Power 2019 will equip a 1.2-litre petrol engine which will solely be used in charging the battery of the car and will be powered by an electric motor which is able to produce max power of 108bhp. The engine will always operate in the ideal revolution range, which will surely maximise the efficiency of the car. The Nissan claims a mileage efficiency of 37kmpl for petrol. The above kind of system will also eradicate the need for charging and plug-in, which will, therefore, make it a very appropriate step and a better match for the Indian markets, where the super-charging infrastructure is under progress of development. It will be a serious matter of concern whether upcoming Nissan Note E-power 2019 will be considered in the pure electric segment or the hybrid versions which will ultimately decide the GST to be levied on it.
