Krishna Kumar (Guest)'s review on Nissan Terrano XL D Plus
Year of Manufacture : 2014 | Driven no. of Kms. : 3500
- Pros: I have selected 85PS over 110PS, as i heard about the turbo lag problem in 110 PS. My decision was right and i am enjoying the best driving comfort over similar SUV's available in the market. Minimum mileage on Highways is 17 KM/L for Diesel variant. The mileage will be steady only after runnig for first 1000 kilometers. Gear shifting is smooth and steering is steady and comfortable even at high speeds. Build quality is good comparing to competition and thus the premium price is justified.
- Cons: No Seat height adjustment even in XL D Plus variant. This causes discomfort in back and i have to buy a separate cushion to rectify the problem. No lumbar support, again another problem for back. There is no steering mounted controls for music system and call handling. disconnecting the call during driving causes driver to loose attention on road.
The car provides comfortable handling. The interior is beige color which is prone to get dirty easily. The side door pockets are narrow. The bottle holders in front is too small and even a normal size bottle cannot be accommodated. An armrest would have been better between front seats as this is very usefull for driver to relax.
