Some beep sound comes from the bonnet of my Renault Duster when I turn off the engine, customer service people says it is normal, what do you say?

In my opinion, there is an additional draw on your car’s battery hence you hear a beep sound while turning off the engine. You might not be driving long enough distances to fully charge the battery, if you are drive only 3-4 kms daily with every accessory (AC, headlight, Infotainment etc.) on, the battery doesn’t get properly charged, it needs 25-30 kms of daily driving for good batterycharging.
