The Kwid has only three nuts that secure the wheel. Is it not hazardous?

Manufacturers conduct lot of tests to ensure that they meet their own and government safety standards. Three nuts are enough to secure the wheel in its place. The studs may be of bigger size in this case. The approach that Renault may have followed in this case is that they have reduced the number of studs to reduce cost but increased the efficiency of the three nuts by increasing their size or by reducing the weight of components so that they don't have to bear the same amount of load that they would have otherwise had.
