I am confused to choose between Renault Lodgy 85 PS and 110 PS, please advice.

Though both cars are powered by same engine but Renault Lodgy 110 PS comes with variable geometry turbocharger which develops more power from the same engine and it also comes with 6 speed transmission gears against 5 speed transmission of Lodgy 85 PS hence Lodgy 110 PS is more useful on highway due to its better top-end speed and also better overtaking ability.
While Lodgy 85 PS also performs well, it is easy to drive in city traffic conditions as you would not need to frequently change gears due to its comparatively lesser turbo lag, but it is not the best if you are seeking enthusiastic pep on highway as what you get in 110PS.
So, finally it depends on where you expect to drive the Lodgy – choose between the 110PS or the 85PS options. In my opinion if your majority of drive is long distance travel, 110 PS would be better choice but if you want a car mainly for daily city commute 85 PS makes more sense as it has better low end torque for stop-go traffic conditions and also delivers a bit better mileage. I would suggest you to take a test drive of both to get a feel of them and to judge better.
