Big brand name but average quality with bad customer service

- Pros: Chose this car for our big family. Was good at pocket both the price and mileage. Spacious inner space for front and middle row. Very good acceleration when at moderate speed.
- Cons: Average looking dashboard and rear end.Low quality AV vents for rear seats. The side mirrors need to be manually opened. The doors can be opened from within with car running. Risky for the kids to sit in front seats.
I doubt they have any quality checks in place. Very very bad after sale service. Head lamps, AC and audio system gave problem within 3 months of purchase. Tail lamp fused within 1 month of purchase. The car came with inferior quality paint on bonette with black patches. Had to follow up repeatedly to get the work done.The work done of low quality. After sales service very poor with completely non professional attitude of the employees. Points to remember: It's Renault 'India' and not Renault France. To not expect to get quality workmanship or quality service. Look for other options if possible.
