Pulse and Micra both are the hatchback product of the twin agreement between Renault and Nissan respectively. Both are produced at the chennai facility. Both of these share a same platform and underpinnings. The engine is the same 3 pot 1.2L petrol mill but a difference in tuning lowers the NVH levels for Micra with a increase in power output and fuel economy. The features will also be more like airbags and ABS with EBD. The exterior looks are also pretty aggressive and the price is also higher for Pulse.

The engine of Micra is tuned differently to lower the lowers the NVH levels, thereby, increase the power output and fuel economy. The Pulse on the other hand has an aggressive look comes with better safety features like airbags and ABS with EBD.
