- Pros: Nothing
- Cons: After 30000 Kms it goes worst and whatever the service you do, due to the poor service quality measure, the vehicle gets screwed up and won't interest to use.
After sales: Any complaint to address, it is an iterative process and that stands infinite. Lot of issues with the overall driving comfort, vibration in the vehicle, hard vibration while applying brake, NVH level, steering jerk, cabin rattling noises. Below are the iterations in sequence for the same issue with multiple approaches and every time they promised "there won't be any issue, if at all there is an issue we shall immediately fix". But till date none of these below could fix my problem rather my vehicle gets worst than earlier. Now nobody even bother to follow-up, no bill, no invoice, no refund on the advance amount collected. (Some software is not working for the past few months) Initial few time it was said that the VAS is upgraded and promised everything will be fine(Charged) Then, lubricated all around without knowing the actual cause (charged) Then, all of a sudden other service engg says "Engine Bed" is gone and needs replacement (Partially charged) Then, some shock observer part replaced (Charged) Then, both brake shoe and disk replaced, though was quite recently changed (Charged) Finally, Steering column got replaced, and now steering is so tight, unwanted noises, but the issue is not resolved. (Partially charged, No bill, No invoice till date, just the advance taken from me and got a call back a month ago saying we have to refund some money which we charged it by mistake, so far no refund as well, no follow up from anyone) My vehicle got screwed up to the core.
