The skoda yeti comes with a single engine option which has been tweaked for another model to produce more power and torque than the actual one. It has an engine capacity of 1968 cc displacement with a power of 81 PS and 250 Nm torque which can produce a mileage of 15 KMPL on average. So with the reserve fuel tank capacity of 10.5 liter, the Yeti can go for 150 KMPL easily.
I am agree with the above answer, The Skoda Yeti comes in a single diesel engine option with 2.0L capacity which produce 81 PS as well as another variant which produce a power of 103 PS power and torque for 4X2 is 250 Nm and 4X4 engine is 320 Nm torque. With its 10.5 liters reserve fuel tank the new Skoda yeti can really go up to 170 KMS with an average of 16 KMPL, which is a lot of distance.
Not agree with you guys the yeti cannot give any mileage more than 10 in the city and 12 over the highway. The vehicle is having a fuel tank capacity of 55 and 60 liters fuel tank capacity based on different versions. Out of this capacity 10.5 liters has been kept for the purpose of reserve so that in situations when you have no idea of fuel station you may be able to ride up to 100 KMS easily and I don’t think that you will not be able to find a refueling station up to 100 Kms in a country like India. So the vehicle is capable to take you up to 100 KMS easily.
True even I am not agreeing on the ARAI certified mileage of Skoda Yeti, which claims a mileage of almost 17 KMPL. The Skoda yeti cannot give more than 12 KMPL mileage with running AC whether it is city or highways as it is the upper limit what I have been realized over a period of 2 years with it. So with the reserve fuel tank capacity of 10.5 KMS you can go up to 100 KMS easily, but you need to find a petrol pump within this range to keep being moveable.
The Skoda Yeti is available in two variants in India. Being an SUV, it doesn’t really provide sky high mileage but its fuel efficiency is decent enough considering all factors involved. Among the two variants, the Elegance 4x2 variant provides an average of 18kmpl mileage in city conditions, and 20kmpl on highways. The other variant, Elegance 4x4 provides a mileage of 17kmpl in the city, and around 19kmpl on highways. The reserve tank fuel capacity is of 10.5 litres on both. The 4x2 variant can run around 189 km on reserve whereas the 4x4 variant can run around 178 km.v
