I have some queries regarding Tata Hexa like, why its navigation panel is small? Why it doesn’t have sunroof? Why it looks monotonous? Does it offer better covers for seats and gear knob? Why doesn’t it offer steering adjustment for length? Why doesn’t it have remote starter?

Small size of navigation panel is something that only Tata Motors can tell as why the size is smaller than competition. My guess is that company wants to keep the price competitive hence they have fitted smaller and less expensive navigation screen.
Tata Motors does offer electronically operated landscape sunroof with Hexa as an option.
Look is a subjective matter, if the design of Hexa is monotonous for you, you can customize the exteriors as per your liking, company offers many customization options such as side step, illuminated front logo, moulded chrome garnish (for headlamps, tailgate, front grille, door handles, door claddings, tail lamps, outer rear view mirrors, boot and bonnet garnish), body side beading, multifunctional roof rack etc.
You can personalize the interiors of your Hexa with premium seat covers available in black or tan color options, crafted to perfection with art leather.
Yes, Hexa doesn’t offer steering adjustment for length but it offers 8 way electrically adjustable drive seat so you can adjust the seat instead of steering for length.
Generally remote starter features comes with more expensive and very luxurious cars, so reason for not adding this feature in Hexa might be that company wants to keep the price competitive hence they have skipped this feature.
