Pathetic product components quality and service from marigold dealer

  • Cons: Pathetic service for top end car like hexa automatic. Marigold dealer in mumbai sucks. Story goes like this. On the day of vehicle delivery they forgot to put fuel in car. Key exchange ceremony happened I sat in my car and it wasnt starting. They realized there is no diesel in car. Secondly its been over four months I bought my car and my RC has not reached my home. No one pick up my calls and responds. Even today they dont know to which agent they gave my RC and where is it now. Thirdly within a month from purchase driver seat belt lost its reverse action spring action driver window up down button got stuck etc. Forth accessories are extremely of poor quality. One has to purchase Side steps marigold dealer people were not aware of how to fit it they fixed it through trial and error. When I stood on it and it bent down and I was able to avoid accident. I personally spent 6 hrs at workshop to fix it properly. Same thing for carrier even today one fitting is missing and they are not ready to fix it. All in all vehicle quality and service sucks. This is my first and last tata vehicle and no one should buy tata vehicle for sure thanks virendra
