A bad tensioner usually accompanied by noise this noise could be some type of squealing or rattling comes from timing cover area also when the timing belt is loose it cause some drivability issue usually under high load or high rpm, another common cause of noise is misaligned pulley, both of these issues don’t keep the valves timed properly to the lower end and this may cause loss of power, misfires, bucking and may even cause a no start condition; I advise you to take your car to your local Tata service center for repair or timing belt kit replacement.
