An aluminium engine is much lighter in weight and therefore much preferred these days than the earlier iron engines. The aluminium engine is better during handling as well as in terms of weight distribution. With this, the cars can be quick while cornering and also offer an efficient performance. Therefore, you need not worry at all for the material used on the engine as the warranty is always present on the car and the company has successfully done all its R&D before delivering their final products. In my opinion you should go ahead with the car as till now there have been no reports related to a major engine issue.
