The NVH levels in the petrol variant of Tiago is well within control as the engine runs quiet and only negligible amount of noise gets into the cabin but in the diesel variant there is much more noise in the cabin once you get past the mid-range and NVH levels aren’t as good as some of its rivals.

Tata Tiago is a good car to buy; it looks good and has a good balance of ride and handling. It comes with a choice of 1.2 liter petrol engine and 1.1 liter diesel engine options. There is a good sense of space inside the cabin and decent amount of storage spaces. Overall fit & finish and plastic quality is pretty good. The ride quality is good and car takes on bad roads with lots of confidence. In my opinion this car is great to drive in low gears in city but only good enough for cruising on highway. I advise you to take a test drive to experience it for yourself.
