Is Tata Tiago a good value for money? How are the NVH levels of Tata Tiago?

Yes, in my opinion Tata Tiago is a good value for money, the car looks modern and very new age, it is one of the most stylish cars in the segment. The overall body structure is aerodynamic. Quality of the interiors is good and there is nothing to fault with the build quality. There are lots of storage spaces and the overall space is good. The air-conditioner works well and cools the cabin quickly. There is 242-litres of boot space which is expandable if you fold down the second row. The Harman sourced ConnectNext audio system offers excellent audio quality.
Under the hood, The Tiago comes with two engine options – a 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine and a 1.05-litre Revotorq diesel engine. Both engines offer more than required power for both city and highway driving and have good amount of torque right from the low end which enable excellent drivability in stop-go traffic. Petrol engine delivers the ARAI claimed mileage of 23.8 kmpl while diesel engine delivers 27.2 kmpl. Ride quality of both models is good, suspension absorbs small and medium-sized bumps admirably well. The NVH levels in Tata Tiago is quite acceptable now, despite it being a 3 cylinder diesel engine, vibration levels isn’t a concern but sound insulation should be better as there is much more noise in the cabin once you get past the mid range.
I would suggest you to take a test drive to get a feel of the car and to judge better.
