Volkswagen Polo highline petrol demands maintenance every six months on an average. First service should be at 7500 kms or 6 months, whichever is earlier while the second should be at 12 months or 15000kms, whichever comes first and so on. These services are free for the first time but in the second you pay for the synthetic oil which costs Rs. 3,784 while the oil filter costs Rs. 300, air filter costs Rs. 324 and pollen filer costs Rs. 520 and the service costs charged are around Rs. 1,496. The total costs of service in one go comes out to be around Rs. 6,544 for the basics. On an average the cost for maintaining Polo petrol for 6 years should be around Rs. 44,000 to Rs. 45,000.
Apart from these costs do remember that the spare parts of a Volkswagen are expensive too. This being said, Polo is a good car with German engineering and refinement. The fit and finish of the vehicle is pretty cool too. It might have a low mileage but you’ll really enjoy driving this car.
