Why does the passenger's side power window of my car work from the driver’s side switch but doesn’t work from its own switch?

In my own experience, such problems occur most often within the switch itself, or the wires might be coming loose and pulling from the connector. The point of connection of the wiring to the switch block is subject to corrosion buildup which affects the electrical contact. Also sometimes, faults with door electronics are caused by breaks in the wires as they pass through the car body to the door. I advise you to check the integrity of the wiring between the switch (which is not working) and side door, this is easy to verify by way of a continuity test using a digital volt meter or a simple test light
