Volkswagen Polo Trendline 1.5L (D) Description

The Polo Trendline has an excellent combination of sporty design and powerful engine that delivers great on both performance as well as fuel efficiency. This is the base variant in the diesel line-up. At the front, the Polo's exterior gets Dual halogen headlamps which are finished in Black. The body-coloured bumpers, ORVMs and door handle add an elegant look to the hatchback. The wheel arches are filled with 14-inch steel wheels with wheel covers. Moreover, the turn indicators are placed on the ORVMs for a more streamlined look of the body.

The interior of the hatchback is very practical as it comes with coat hooks at the rear, sunglass holder in the glovebox and a charging outlet. The driver gets a height-adjustable driver seat, tilt and telescopic adjustable steering wheel and manually adjustable ORVMs. Moreover, there is a manual Air Conditioner for long highway trips. This variant is powered by 1.5-litre TDI engine as it delivers a maximum power output of 90PS at 4200 rpm and a peak torque of 230 at 1500-2500 rpm which is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. Braking duties are handled by disc brakes in the front and drum brakes at the rear. In this variant, some of the safety features available include dual frontal airbags for driver and co-driver, ABS and high-speed alert system.
