How good Volkswagen Vento can perform?

According to my point of view almost every buyer will check performance parameters after checking price tag and fuel economy because i know the feeling when we hit the empty road or we get opportunity to show off, so fulfill this Volkswagen engineers installed their best in class engine which have some serious performance factors like running from standing still i.e. )km/hr to 100km/hr in just 10.6 seconds where any experienced driver can put some efforts to get maximum speed of 185km/hr. Most importantly 15 inch alloys with sensitive steering are enough to do circles at high speeds easily. I would like to straight forward conclude that you will not get these much performance factors in this price tag.

Vento is a good performer car with decent power sophesticated equipments on board. With engine power exceeding over 100PS, and Torque in range of 250Nm, you can always expect very good drive in all roads. It’s a made to fit the neds of a corporate and governament executives looking for perfect blending of classy image and economical price tag too. If you are intending to use it regularly in off roads or spoilt road conditions, this is not a car for you.
I am using diesel engine Vento for daily commuting to office and back covering over 60kms per day. Most of the time I spend in rear seat only as we have company driver for it. I like the comfort levels of interiors, uphlstery and design. Seated in rear seat we can stretch leg easily. Lumbar support fits exactly with body posture. I don't feel fatigue even in worst of traffic conditions. Highly effective air conditionig and superb clarity of music system audio output keeps us in great comfort. I dont find much problem in drive quality withrespect to ground clearance.
Its no doubt a great performer car withrespect to engine power, fuel economy and storage space in dickey.I am not much impressed with its styling. It just looks like a normal car with age old classic design finding new makeovers. If you look at the huge number of cars that are dominating the segment, there is very tough competion from cars like Hyundai Verna, Nissan Sunny. In fact Sunny is a great contender for this car in giving even better interior features and excellent onroad image too.
I have taken test drive of both petrol and diesel version of it. We had taken it for pretty long drive coverig city congested roads and smoothe and broad highway roads. Petrol engine is smoother than diesel counterpart but there is clear lag in power compared to diesel version. Diesel variant takes all credits with power, torque and best of mileage too. Its a wonderful car and wont disappoint the customers. When it comes to maintenance, the customer has to be prepared for huge bills especially in case of accidental damages to car.
Volkswagen Vento is one of the best cars in its performance. It comes in both petrol and diesel variants. Both the variants has an option of 6-speed automatic and 5-speed manual transmission. The petrol variant of this car gives a mileage of 11.2kmpl in an urban area and 15.83kmpl on highways whereas the diesel variant gives a good mileage of 15.8kmpl in the city and 20.54kmpl on highways. The car’s drivability is very smooth owing to its heavy duty McPherson strut suspension system and comfortable gear shift. The steering is light which increases its ride quality.
