My father bought the D5 variant of Volvo S60 sometimes back but not very happy with the choice that he has made due to the scarcity of service centers in India. Whenever there is an issue with the car or its service has to be done, we have to cover a long distance to reach the nearest service center of Volvo, which is almost 25 kilometers from the place we stay. And if the car is taken there one day is gone. Moreover, they never fix it up the same day, they always ask you to leave the car and come after two three days. If we compare this with the service centers of other brands, we will find out that all the brands have a good network of their centers even in the developing cities like Jaipur, Kanpur, and Indore. However, Volvo has announced that they will improve the number of service centers in India but for the time being the customers like us are facing huge problems.
