2015 Audi RS 5 Coupe Sport Edition Unleashed

Audi has unleashed the 2015 RS 5 Coupe Sport edition with added sporty elements both outside and inside. Only 75 units of this limited edition would be made under company's exclusive customization program and it has been priced at $87,575 (Around Rs. 55.47 Lakhs). The main highlights of this exceptional Sport edition are 20-inch 5-V-spoke design wheels, red brake calipers and a Black and Crimson Red Fine Nappa leather interior.

Audi RS 5 Sport Edition features RS embossed sport seats, offered in Black and Crimson Red with Crimson Red contrast stitching featured on the armrests. Also, the Leather-wrapped steering wheel and black shifter boot boast Crimson Red contrast stitching. Furthermore, the German luxury automaker has offered crimson Red Fine Nappa leather door inserts and body-color inlays. The company has also planned multiple exclusive paint shades for this model, which are available as optional colors.

Mechanically, it comes loaded with a 4.2L, V8 naturally aspirated FSI powertrain which pumps out a maximum power of 450 bhp and peak torque of 430Nm. It is mated to a 7-speed S tronic transmission with launch control program. The power is transmitted to the the front and rear axle by the quattro permanent all-wheel drive system. The RS 5 Sport Edition touches the 96.5kmph mark from standstill in a mere 4.5 seconds with an electronically-governed top speed of 280kmph. The sport-tuned suspension renders the body 0.8 inches lower than that of the Audi A5. This Sport Edition is developed by the Audi performance division, quattro GmbH.
