The initial list includes 16 factory entries and nine non-factory entries, taking the toll of confirmed riders to 23 and another two yet to be confirmed. The 2015 season will witness the incoming of the two famous factory teams, Aprilia and Suzuki.
The biggest name of the current MotoGP season, Honda and Yamaha are retaining their factory riders, with two-time MotoGP Champion Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa gearing up again for the Repsol Honda. While the legendary Valentino Rossi alongside Jorge Lorenzo will continue for the Movistar Yamaha.
As for the Ducati, Andrea Dovizioso is staying with the team, only to be joined by Andrea Iannone, next year.
